Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the FLASH BIT app.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the FLASH BIT app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app provides

FLASH BIT displays cryptocurrency market information, including prices, candlestick charts, indicators, market totals, sector data, exchange pairs and comparisons calculated from past prices. It is provided for information, study and reference.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Readings such as "bits", indicators and comparisons describe past and recent market figures and do not predict future prices. Crypto assets can be volatile, and any decision you make is your own. Consider speaking with a qualified adviser before making financial decisions.

4. No trading or funds

The app does not place orders, hold or transfer funds, or connect to exchange, brokerage or wallet accounts. Exchange names and trading pairs are shown as market data only.

5. Market data

Market data is provided by CoinGecko, which gathers it from many exchanges and sources. Figures may arrive with a delay, may differ from the price on a particular exchange, and may occasionally be incomplete or corrected later. We work to present the data clearly but cannot promise that it is free of errors or always available.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the app for personal purposes and do not attempt to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute its data, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

7. Intellectual property

The app's design, text and artwork belong to the app's developer. Coin names, logos and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are shown as supplied by CoinGecko.

8. Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FLASH BIT is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, information shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
